By purchasing through the AMLY website you are agreeing to its terms and conditions.
Payment is via Stripe and can be made with any major credit or debit card. We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday.
UK
£5 delivery.
Free with orders over £50
Delivery time: approx. 1-3 working days. (Orders placed before 12 noon Monday – Friday will be delivered on the next working day, but not guaranteed).
Unfortunately, our carrier isn’t able to deliver to Northern Ireland, and some Highlands and Islands.
Europe
£30 delivery
Delivery time: approx. 10 to 14 working days.
Free with orders over £150
All orders to the EU will be shipped with Duty and Taxes prepaid for you.
USA
$35 delivery
Delivery time: approx. 10 to 14 working days.
Free with orders over $200
CANADA
$35 CAD delivery
Delivery time: approx. 10 to 14 working days.

Delivery time: approx. 10 to 14 working days.
Returns
We hope you are delighted with your order but if for any reason you are not, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided they remain unopened and in their original packaging.
We will issue a full refund, which will include the costs of the original delivery/order, but not the cost of returning any goods. To arrange a return please contact returns@amlybotanicals.co.uk and we will allocate you a Returns Code. Please include this code with the package. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). Please ensure returned items are stored safely as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged whilst in your care.
