To Use
Crystal Pot Pourri: 5–7 drops onto crystals. Refresh as the scent starts to fade.
Room Diffuser or Burner: 6–8 drops.
Massage: Dilute 5 drops (2 drops for children over 2 years or for sensitive skin) in 10ml of COCOON ME Oil. Avoid sun exposure for at least 12 hours after application.
Bath: Dilute 4–6 drops in 20ml of COCOON ME Oil and swirl into water.
Inhalation: Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale deeply for 5–10 minutes.

Deliciously zesty Lemon essential oil is stimulating, uplifting and purifying, leaving you feeling cleansed and content.
Fresh and clearing Eucalyptus is bracing for mind and body, helping to clear mental sluggishness and boost energy and immunity. A potent decongestant and anti-inflammatory, Eucalyptus was once known as the ‘fever tree’ for its ability to reduce body temperature and manage fever.

Inhalation is only suitable for children over 12 years. Do not inhale if you have asthma. The number of drops indicated is the maximum to use. As some essential oils are flammable, keep away from naked flame, as well as painted surfaces and plastics. Keep in a cool dry dark place.
